Incoming Inspection
Raw materials are sampled and reviewed to confirm baseline performance before fabrication.

QUALITY CONTROL
From incoming inspection to final delivery, our quality system focuses on safety, durability and stable long-term performance.
TESTING
We keep a focused set of inspection items covering sealing performance, durability, coating consistency and corrosion resistance.
Inspection visuals illustrate typical procedures. Acceptance follows the approved inspection plan, applicable standards and retained project records.

Raw materials are sampled and reviewed to confirm baseline performance before fabrication.

Checks coating continuity to detect pinholes, breaks or hidden discontinuities.

Verifies coating adhesion and durability under mechanical impact conditions.

Measures coating thickness to ensure it stays within the required control range.

Checks visual consistency between batches to keep project appearance uniform.

Validates resistance and long-term stability under acidic and alkaline conditions.
Material data, sample-test results and whole-holder acceptance are different levels of evidence and must be reviewed separately.
Review mass per unit area, directional tensile and tear strength, coating adhesion, permeability and fire behaviour with their units, methods, dates and conditions. A supplier datasheet is not whole-holder certification.
A report applies to its recorded sample. Model, finish, colour and supplied batch require traceability. B1 classifications under different standards are not interchangeable; anonymisation must retain essential limitations.
Material data do not replace checks of fabricated seams, perimeter seals, fittings, pressure control and interlocks. Inspection scope, methods, acceptance criteria and records follow approved project documents.
