Floor-standing gas holder: enclosure and foundation

Explore MOTET floor-standing holders, from the white outer enclosure to foundation connections, as a reference for equipment selection and site interfaces.

These photographs are grouped by equipment and manufacturing topic, not presented as a separately verified project with an identified location, client or capacity.

Share the gas or stored material, required capacity and installation conditions to discuss a suitable configuration.

Equipment form and system role

A floor-standing holder sits on a separate ground-level foundation and can buffer differences between gas production and consumption. These views show the enclosure and base; drawings are needed to establish the inner membrane, gas connections and controls.

In a double-membrane system, the inner membrane changes the gas-storage volume while support air maintains the outer shape. The external profile alone does not establish the stored volume; assessment depends on the installed volume or level monitoring, pressure signals and controls.

Engineering review and interfaces

Define the gas source, production and demand pattern, usable storage volume and operating pressure before reviewing the foundation, perimeter fixings and seals, gas inlet and outlet, and condensate drainage. The photographs help discuss the layout; dimensions and connections require technical documentation.

The operating and maintenance plan should also cover support-air equipment, pressure protection, instrument wiring and service access. Site plans, foundation information and operating conditions establish the equipment scope, installation requirements and acceptance checks for a new installation or retrofit.
